Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, EveryWaterFilterShop will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, personal care products—including beauty products, skincare products, and cosmetics—are only eligible for return if they are:

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
